Tony Neihart will be the guest speaker when the Nuckolls County Republicans meet at 6:30 Monday evening at the Nelson American Legion meeting room,

Neihart was originally scheduled to speak at the party’s Feb, 5 meeting, however, because of the weather, this appearance was delayed until the March meeting.

The Republicans are now meeting the first Monday of each month at Nelson.

Neihart is a retired United States Air Force Officer where he specialized in intelligence activities. He will speak about threats and problems he believes the United States is now and will face in the near future.
