Carrier shortage delays mail delivery

A shortage of carriers delayed the delivery of last week’s issue of The Superior Express to subscribers served by the Superior office.

Personnel from other communities was brought in to help but it wasn’t until Saturday that the backlog was cleared.

The paper was available by 9 a.m. Wednesday morning at vendor sites within the community including The Superior Express, Ideal Market, Country Store, Casey’s, Velvet Rose and Family Dollar.

It was also available late Wednesday on the internet at superiorne.com.
