The Jewell Apartments Board of Directors met last Monday.

Attending the meeting were Darrell Bohnert, Josh Burks, Don Delzeit, Derek Birdsell, Gaye Daniels, Bob Freeman, Jacque Williams and Kristie Anderson.

Williams submitted her report of occupancy and monthly correspondences. There are nine current residents. Williams mentioned that Kone’s contract prices went up 14 percent this year. She also mentioned looking into TK Elevators to get a quote. Williams discussed the class she went to for HUD new inspection rules.
