The Lawrence-Nelson golf team competed at the Bob Bohrer Invitational played over the Red Cloud Golf Course and hosted by Red Cloud High School Thursday.
The Raiders finished in eighth the place, with 402 strokes, in the 14 team field of Doniphan-Trumbull, Sandy Creek, Red Cloud, Deshler, Hastings St. Cecilia, Gibbon, Exeter-Milligan-Friend. Superior, Silver Lake, Bruning-Davenport-Shickley, Granklin, Heartland Lutheran and Blue Hill.
Carson Vaughn took 10th place in the individual medalist list as he led Lawrence-Nelson with his round of 91. Jacob Kathman recorded a round of 97. Bayln Bargen finished with his round of 99. Caden Culbertson added a round of 115. Cody Brockman shot a round of 117. The four lowest rounds constitute the team score.
The Raiders traveled to Clay Center Tuesday to play in the Sandy Creek Invitational at the Crooked Creek Country Club course. Results were unavailable at press time.
The postponed Superior Invitational has been rescheduled to Monday at the Superior Country Club.
The Raiders compete at the Blue Hill Invitational being played over the Red Cloud Gold Course Tuesday.
