Carol M. (Schreiber) Lowery of Davenport, Nebraska, died on Thursday, April 25, 2024, at the age of 94 years, 9 months and 7 days. Carol was born to Fred A. and Virginia H. (Bumgarner) Schreiber on July 18, 1929, at Geneva, Nebraska. Carol was married to Wendell Lowery on Oct. 29, 1950. Carol and Wendell were married for 73 years, 5 months and 27 days.
Carol was preceded in death by her parents; sister, Mary L. (Schreiber) Hutchison and husband, Calvin; and grandson, Cody Lowery.
She is survived by her husband, Wendell of Davenport, Nebraska; sons Tim and Debbie Lowery and David and Denice Lowery, all of Davenport, Nebraska; seven grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.
A private graveside service was held at Oak Grove Cemetery, Oak, Nebraska on Monday, April 29, 2024. Pastor Warren Schoming presided over the graveside service.
Farmer & Son Funeral Home was in care of the arrangements.
