The Jewell Apartments board of directors met at Monday, July 5, at City Hall. Attending the meeting were Darrell Bohnert, Josh Burks, Max Burks, Bob Freeman, Gaye Daniels, Derek Birdsell, Jacque Williams and Kristie Anderson.

Williams submitted her report of occupancy and monthly correspondence, Jacque mentioned she talked to HUD about changing the qualification to rent an apartment room. It was approved to drop the age limit to 55 and older for temporary period.
