This past week, the Lawrence-Nelson FFA Chapter recognized FFA week! In celebration, students dressed up for different themes as well as partaking in some fun activities. To kick off the week, the dress up theme was 'Merica Monday, encouraging students to sport the red, white, and blue. Along with this, people were offered the opportunity to write a letter thanking an FFA member. Tuesday was a popular day; Camo Day along with driving your farm truck to school day! Following that, Wednesday was another popular day where students put on their cowboy attire. On a chilly Thursday, students dreamed of warm Hawaii, giving them a good reason to put on their best Hawiian clothes. To wrap up the week, students tried their hand at looking like Delbert Kathman, the community's local dairy farmer! It was also supposed to be an opportunity for students to drive their tractors to school, but this occasion has been rescheduled. Despite this, it was a fun week!
