Brodstone Memorial Foundation has opened the 2022 application period for three different healthcare scholarships available to area students. The Evelene Brodstone Healthcare Scholarship, Virginia Lewis Legacy Scholarship and the Sandra Bothwell Legacy Scholarship are available with various applicant criteria requirements. This will be the third year the Lewis scholarship will be provided and the second year of the Bothwell scholarship. Both funds were set up by family members of former Brodstone employees to honor their legacy.

Brodstone Memorial Hospital Foundation, a non-profit organization, accepts financial gifts that enhance and expand programs and services provided at the hospital. The scholarship fund is one way for a donor to monetarily give to the future of healthcare providers and leaders of Nuckolls County.
