Conner Cosand, a senior at Rock Hills Junior-Senior High School the and son of Mitch and Crystal Cosand, has earned his Eagle Rank as a member of BSA Troop 46, Jewell County. For his Eagle Project, Conner worked on a cemetery documentation project at the Burr Oak Cemetery. A total of 10 Scouts, leaders and community members worked more than 300 hours to help him complete his project.
