Agnes Nora Werner 89, of Hebron, the daughter of Emil and Nora (Schnakenberg) Meyer was born Jan. 15, 1933, on a farm near Davenport. She died April 12, at her residence in Hebron.

Agnes grew up attending school at Trinity Lutheran in Friedensau, through the eighth grade. She graduated from Deshler High School with the Class of 1950. She went on to further her education attending Lincoln General School of Nursing in Lincoln, Neb., and was pinned a registered nurse.
