Slow rain soaks area

Finally this area received the long anticipated soaking rain. The rain came in two shots. Some folks got rain and more hail and wind than they wanted in a storm that rolled through Friday night. For others it was a slow soaking rain that came throughout the day on Monday.

Nuckolls County spotters were called out Friday night when rotating clouds were observed and a dust filled front rolled across the county.
