About four years ago the Knights instituted a new exemplification ceremony for new members. As with any change, this one took a little while to be understood, accepted and put into use. Then, just as the Hebron K C Council was about to start the revised ceremony for new members, the Covid Pandemic broke out. That eliminate the chance to use the ceremony and many chances to bring new members into the organization...
