SHS hosts Invite

The Superior High School gymnasium was home to the Superior Invitational Wrestling Tournament Friday. The boys team finished in fourth place , with 102 points, in the 10 team field. The girls team finished in sixth place, with 30 points in the 12 team field.

Cheyenne Stacy took second place honors in the girls 110 pound weight bracket while earning 14 team points.

Carlee Hinz finished in second place in the 135 pound weight bracket. She earned 16 team points.

Holden McDonald was in second place in the 120 pound weight class. He earned 22.5 team points. Cole Rughe competed at 120 pounds.

Hayden Neeman swept all four of his matches to take first place in the 132 pound weight bracket. He was awarded 30 team points for his efforts. Cooper Sheely competed at 132 pounds.

Lincoln Sander earned three team points at 138 pounds. Colt Laaker finished in sixth place at 138 pounds.

Aaron Allgood grabbed 16 team points with his fourth place finish in the 152 pound weight bracket. Cooper Ehlers competed at 152 pounds.

Kyler Boyles was awarded 13.5 team points for his third place finish at the 160 pound weight mark. David Hodges competed at 160 pounds.

Christian Osweiller held fifth place in the 225 pound weight bracket. He earned one team point.

Henry Griljava landed 16 team points with his second place finish in the 185 pound weight bracket.

The Wildcats visit Hebron Friday for the Thayer Central Invitational.
