The Superior High School boys basketball team exited post-season play, Monday, when they lost to Thayer Central 59-44 at Alma. They closed out their regular season schedule with a 65-32 loss to Sutton at Sutton Friday.

Ashton Grassman led the Wildcats scoring against Sutton with 12 points. Tanner Theis dropped in nine points. Colten Butler netted six points. Jacob Meyer scored four points. Tate Streit canned a free throw for a point.

Meyer put up 20 points against Thayer Central. Tanner Theis scored a point. Roscoe Baumbach added seven points. James Love scored two points. Butler popped in nine points. Grassman had two points. Clark hit for three points.

It was the final career game for seniors  James Love, Owen Perrie, Luke Jameson, Tate Streit, Ashton Grassman, Jacob Meyer, Roscoe Baumbach and Tanner Theis.
