Jessica Ruthstrom is the Jewell County Health Department office manager. She also serves several other roles. She is not just an office manager, she’s a WIC clerk, an advocate for emergency preparedness; her compassion for EP helps lead trainings,education and changes needed to better serve the community in disaster events. Her second title being “Jack of all traits” entails being the IT person, maintenance, and involved in the 365 Healthcare Coalition.
