Rock Hills School physicals will be offered on Wednesday, Aug. 2 following the schedule listed below. These physicals are offered to all Rock Hills students entering grades 6 through 12 and plan to participate in a Rock Hills Junior-Senior High School activities. Physicals are provided by the Jewell County Health Clinic and are free of charge courtesy of the Jewell County Health Clinic. Students must have their completed KSHSSAA physical form with them at the time of the physical.
Forms can be picked up at the junior-senior high school or go to http://www.kshsaa.org and click on the Sports Medicine and Safety tab followed by clicking on the link labeled “Physical Form”.
8:00 to 9:30 a.m. - 11th and 12th grade
9:30 to 11 - 9th and 10th grade
11 to noon - 8th grade
12 to 12:30 - Lunch
12:30 to 2 - 6th and 7th grade
• If families have a sibling in a different grade, physicals may be at the same time.
• If there is a conflict with the times listed above, students may come at a different time.
