The Lawrence-Nelson girls basketball team continued their magical winning streak 19-0 after winning their opening game against Deshler in the Twin Valley Conference Tournament at Nelson Monday.

The Raiders rolled the Blue Hill Bobcats, 51-37, at Blue Hill last Tuesday. They sailed past Diller-Odell, 54-36, at Odell, last Thursday. They passed their toughest test of the season, Friday, when they downed the then 12-2 Silver Lake Mustangs, 49-40, at Roseland. They downed Deshler, 39-29, at Nelson, Monday.

Taylor Harrington topped the Lawrence-Nelson scoring list against Blue Hill with 12 points. Karigan Drudik and Allison Miller accounted for nine points apiece. Emma Epley and Annie McCartney added six points each. Emily Miller scored five points. Hallie Epley kicked in four points. Drudik and McCartney nailed down five rebounds each. E. Miller had four rebounds. H. Epley grabbed three rebounds. Harrington A. Miller nabbed two rebounds while Aleah Heikkinen and E. Epley each handled a rebound.

Harrington led the offense against Diller-Odell with 14 points. A. Miller hit for nine points. Drudik scored eight points. E. Epley and H. Epley contributed seven points apiece. McCartney pitched in six points. E, Miller scored three points. McCartney pulled down 10 rebounds. A. Miller landed six rebounds. E. Miller had five rebounds. Drudik and H. Epley nailed down four rebounds each. E. Epley collected three rebounds. Heikkinen had one rebound.

Harrington put up 12 points to lead the Raider offense against Silver Lake. Drudik and H, Epley scored 10 points apiece. McCartney added five points. E. Epley scored four points. H. Epley chipped in three points. E. Epley and E, Miller finished the game with one point apiece.

H. Epley hauled away nine rebounds. A. Miller and E. Miller gathered up five rebounds each. Drudik, E. Epley and McCartney came away with four rebounds each. Harrington added two rebounds.

Statistics for the Deshler game were unavailable at press time.

The Raiders take on the Shelton Bulldogs today (Thursday) at Kenesaw at 6 p.m. The championship and consolation games will be played Saturday at Kenesaw. The team visits Harvard Tuesday for a game with the Cardinals.
