Terry Pedersen

February 25, 2021

Terry Scott Pedersen, the son of Victor and Roberta (Klingenberger) Pedersen, was born on March 22, 1963 at Belleville, Kan. He died Saturday, Feb. 20, 2021, at the Brodstone Memorial Hospital at the age of 57 years, 10 months, 29 days.

Terry was a Superior High School graduate. For many years he worked at Reinke Manufacturing in Deshler. He did some truck driving and he worked at a pig farm near Fairbury.

He enjoyed hand fishing, riding his motorcycles, his friends and talking with anyone close to him. Terry was a man of many names. If you knew him by Terry, Scott, Houndy or Hound Dog, it did not matter. You knew the same man who was quick to his wit and had a compassionate heart, along with his infectious laugh and sense of humor. There is not a place that Hound Dog could go, that he did not have friends, or he would make more friends. He was a one of a kind and unforgettable. He was a loving giant, bib-overalled, wild man. He was a party animal and had a zest for living even though it was a bit edgy.

He was preceded in death by his parents and an uncle, Lars Pedersen.

Survivors include his daughter, Stephanie (Brian) Cortez of Converse, Texas; grandson, Aiden Cortez; and his brothers, Gary of Grand Island, and Harold of North Dakota; niece Kathy, nephew Michael; cousin, Dave, and many others.

A gathering of friends to share memories took place Wednesday, Feb. 24, from 5 p,m, until close at the VFW Club in Superior.

Memorials are suggested to go to the family.

Condolences may be sent to Megrue-Price Funeral Home, 750 N Commercial, Superior, Neb. 68978 or in care of http://www.pricefuneral homes.com.

Megrue-Price Funeral Home of Superior was in charge of the arrangements.
