I enjoy passing on quotes from folks that seem to make sense and may even help explain some of our toil here on mother earth. Usually, it is from a well-known person and for either good or bad may help us.
C. S. Lewis was a well-known writer of the early twentieth century. However, I have never been real familiar with his writings. However, last week a friend passed along a quote from Lewis that I find helps explain a lot in our political landscape today.
It goes like this:
“Of all tyrannies, a tyranny sincerely exercised for the good of its victims may be the most oppressive.
