Carl R. Figgins, 76, of Mankato died Sunday, Jan. 9. He was born Feb. 24, 1945, to Cecil and Gladys (Bisbee) Figgins.

Survivors include his wife, Karen; daughter, Jennifer Harris and her husband, Elliott, of Salina; and grandchildren, Lauren, Andrew and Logan.

A funeral is planned for March.

Memorials are requested to the Carl Figgins Scholarship, the Burr Oak Community Center or Jewell County Food Pantry. They may be sent in care of Melby Mortuary, Mankato.
