Roger Nelson retires from LRND board

After 23 years as a member of the Lower Republican Natural Resources District Board, Roger Nelson has retired.
The last official day for the Superior resident was Dec. 10. He joined the board in 1999.
Nelson also served 19 of those years as a member of the Nebraska Association of Resources board.
