The Rock Hills High School boys golf team traveled to Downs to play in the state sand greens golf tournament hosted by Lakeside High School. The 18-hole match was played over the Downs Golf Course.

The Grizzlies finished in fourth place, with 389 strokes, in the seven team field of Lakeside, St. John’s, Tipton Catholic, Pike Valley, Riley County and Chase.

Cesar Ortiz led the Rock Hills team with his round of 88. Jacob Barry carded a round of 94. Garret Barry was in with a round of 99. Jacob Underwood shot a round of 105.
