SHS Cross Country opens season today

The Superior High School cross country team opens their 2022 season today (Thursday) with the Superior Invitational being run over the 3.5 kilometer Superior Country Club course.
Ron Hershberger, coach, has four varsity runners this season. Laci Kirchhoff, Rebecca Tadeo, Colten Butler and Kash Wenske are the girls running with Colten Butler and Kash Wenske are the varsity runners. Tenley Siebecker and Bella Henderson are the middle school runners.
More than 10 schools are expected to compete at the Invite. Gun time is 4:30 p.m.
