The Superior High School football team visted Kensaw Friday for a game with the Blue Devils. The Wildcats left feeling blue after being bedeviled 36-14.

Sueprior held the lead at 7-6 after the first period. Kenesaw came back to score two touchdowns to one for the Wildcats to lead 22-14 at the half. Superior was unable to generate any momentum in the second half as Kenesaw slowly pulled away for the 36-14 win. Superior was left with an 0-4 record for the season.

Statistics for the game were unavailable at press time.

The Wildcats will have a week off to heal their many injured players as they have a bye week. The Wildcats return to action Friday, Sept 23, against Sandy Creek at Brodstone Memorial Field in Supeior.
