L-N volleyball goes 1-2 for the week

The Lawrence-Nelson Raiders volleyball team continues to work their way through a tough schedule with mixed results. The Raiders downed the Fillmore Central Panthers in two sets, 25-15 and 25-19, last Tuesday, at Geneva in a triangular match. They fell to the Thayer Central Titans, 22-25 and 22-25, in two closely fought sets. Thayer Central and Fillmore Central are both C-2 schools. The Raiders dropped a four set match, 25-17, 21-25, 13-25 and 17-25, to Silver Lake at Roseland Thursday.
