The Superior High School boys and girls track and field teams competed at the Thayer Central Invitational at Hebron, Thursday.

The Wildcats were scheduled to compete at Sandy Creek, Tuesday, for the Sandy Creek Invitational. The meet has been postponed because of a threat made against the school.

Several members from both teams were absent because of the state FFA convention.

The girls team finished in ninth place, with 28 points, in the 11 team field of Fairbury, Lincoln Christian, Cross County, Thayer Central, Sutton, Bruning-Davenport-Shickley, Fillmore Central, Sandy Creek, Harvard a...
