The Lawrence-Nelson cross country program entered two runners at the Superior Invitational, Thursday. The 5,000 meter boys and girls races were run over the Superior Country Club course with temperatures near 90 degrees.
Sawyer Cox finished in 36th place in the boys field of 70 runners with his time of 22:37.219.
Kennedy Beale turned in a time of 29:16.938. She finished in 18th place in the 29 runner field.
The Raiders visit Fairbury today (Thursday) for the Fairbury Invitational. First race time is set at 4 p.m....
