Raider volleyball downs Red Cloud and Kenesaw

Last Tuesday’s inclement weather led to the postponement of a triangular volleyball match at Kenesaw. The Lawrence-Nelson High School team used the extended rest period to fashion two wins at Monday’s rescheduled match. They downed Red Cloud, 25-18, 26-24 and 25-19, in three sets. They handed host Kenesaw a three set, 25-15. 25-19 and 29-27, loss.

The Raiders traveled to Blue Hill, Tuesday for a match against the Bobcats with results unavailable at press time.

Kara Menke led the killers against Red Cloud with nine. Sydney Biltoft fashioned seven kills for the match. Josie Hanjy came through wi...
