The sub-district wins earned the Lady Raiders the right to move on in the Class-D-2 Playoffs. However, while they knocked off the number one and two teams in the sub-district, they are matched up with the state-wide No. 1 Seed, Overton.
L-N is the No. 16 Seed. The game will be played at Overton beginning at 6 p.m., this Friday, Feb. 23.
The game is fun . . . but it can be rough at times. In this picture, Addi McCloskey has to fight her way through a couple of Heartland Lutheran's defenders to get a shot attempt off.
