The Superior High School girls track and field teams entered an abridged lineup into the competition of the Don Bader Invitational at Lexington High School Friday.

Madison Heusinkvelt and Ariana Heusinkvelt competed in the 100 meter dash preliminary heats but did not advance.

M. Heusinkvelt finished in first place in the shot put with her toss of 41’2.6”. A. Heusinkvelt picked up the sixth place points with her toss of 35’11”.

M. Heusinkvelt took sixth place in the discus with her throw of 115’6”.

A. Heusinkvelt finished outside the top eight of the long jump.

The Wildcats compete at the Southern Nebraska Conference meet being held at Sutton Saturday. Results were unavailable from Monday’s meet at Kenesaw.

The Superior Invitational is being held at the Wildcat Community Track Tuesday. It has been rescheduled from April 16 because of inclement weather on that date.
