The Red Cross is coming to Nelson again on Thursday, Jan. 13.  If you haven’t donated since Nov. 18, and they were in Nelson on Nov. 12, you are eligible to donate again. Whole blood donors can donate every eight weeks or 56 days. Power Red Donors can donate every 16 weeks or after Sept. 23. They were in Nelson on Sept. 17.

There is no wait time if you have received your flu vaccine or COVID vaccines and boosters. The Red Cross will want to know which COVID vaccine you received. They are still taking the highest precautions to be safe and still require face masks.
