The Superior Express -

Crew members of the newspapers published at Superior, Mankato and Nelson will appreciate the assistance of news contributors and advertisers in the submission of early copy for the next issues of The Superior Express, Jewell County Record and Nuckolls County Locomotive-Gazette which will be dated July 6. Though dated Thursday, it is necessary to print the papers on Tuesday if they are to be delivered in the local area by the U.S. Postal Service on Thursday.

Unlike some newspapers that will be printed early and closed on Tuesday, the workers associated with your newspapers will attempt to gather the late news and complete final assembly and printing on Tuesday. However, they would like to attend some of the holiday events and have time with family.

Offices in Nelson and Mankato will be closed on Tuesday but the Superior office will be open so telephone calls may be directed to the Superior office number of 402-879-3291. Emails may be sent to the regular email addresses as those addresses will be monitored as usual.
